When can I expect the photos & Video?
You’ll receive your edited photos the day after your shoot between 3-5pm. If you need them earlier, we do offer an add-on Rush Order to receive your photos by 10am next day.
Tier 1 & Tier 2 Videos are 3-5 day turnaround.

what if I need to reschedule or postpone?
You can reschedule or postpone the appointment in your dashboard after logging in, here- https://listings.vibrantmediaco.com/portal
Reschedules up to 24hr in advance of appointment are free, after that there is a $45 reschedule fee. If photographer arrives and you cancel there is a $65 fee. These fees go straight to the photographers who have reserved time for your appointment, and many times are commuting to get to your listing.
Once an appointment is postponed you will need to reach back out to Erin- 719-828-1136 to reschedule.

Is there a cancellation fee?
We understand things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance — no fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $45 fee, since that time is reserved for you and our photographers often commute 20–40 minutes to your listing.
We know real emergencies happen — if that’s the case, give us a call and we’ll do our best to work with you.

What if the home isn't ready when the photographer arrives?
If the property isn’t ready and requires more than 5 minutes of prep, The photographer will shoot it as-is unless you choose to cancel—at which point the standard cancellation fee upon arrival applies- $65. I recommend making sure the space is clean and staged for the best results!

What is the weather policy?
If the forecast looks uncertain or not ideal, it is the agent’s responsibility to decide whether to keep the appointment or reschedule. Because we often have multiple shoots in a single day—spanning from Denver to Pueblo—the weather can vary greatly even within Colorado Springs.
Since we cannot predict exact conditions at the time and location of your appointment, nor your preference for handling “in-between” weather, we ask that you let us know your decision as early as possible. This helps us avoid charging a reschedule fee if the photographer arrives but is unable to complete the shoot.
We understand that weather can be unpredictable, and it’s not always possible to know 24 hours in advance. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to Erin or David to discuss your options if conditions look questionable.

what if there is inclement weather?
If it’s cloudy- no worries, we replace the sky as a standard of editing. A little drizzle is usually no problem, but heavy rain or snow will show in exterior shots, and sometimes prevent drone photos from being photographed, for best results we recommend rescheduling if the weather is not ideal for you and your vision for the property.

Can I request changes to be made to the photos?
Absolutely! The standard edits include sign removal, people and pets removed. We offer free edits for simple changes like color adjustments. More complex edits, like removing large objects, or very detailed touch ups, will be quoted separately at $1 per photo, if you can let us know at the time or order or at photo appointment that really helps us out and ensures they look how you want upon delivery.

Website or App isn't working, what do I do?
Here’s some ways to troubleshoot this
1. Use incognito window
2. Try using different browser
3. Make sure that you browser is up to date.Screenshot the error on your app so we can submit error to app developers
